Over the past few months, many users have reported issues with our Hearts Online game, including problems connecting to our game servers or being dropped from a game in the middle of playing. We have a dedicated team of engineers working on solutions to these problems as we speak and we have deployed several bug fixes and improvements that will address these issues. We will continue to roll these fixes out to all of our users over the coming weeks.
